By installing or using Synaps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.

02. The service

Synaps is a plugin for Atlassian Jira Cloud, distributed via the Atlassian Marketplace. It requires a Jira Cloud instance to function. A free tier is available with no subscription required.

03. Billing and refunds

All subscriptions and payments are managed by Atlassian Marketplace. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies are governed by Atlassian Marketplace terms. For billing issues, contact: [email protected]

04. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synaps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the plugin, including data loss, service interruption, or loss of business.

05. Intellectual property

All code, design, and documentation of Synaps are the exclusive property of its developer. Reproduction, modification, or redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

06. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of Synaps will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, in accordance with the laws of the country where the developer is established.

07. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. In the event of material changes, we will notify users via the Atlassian Marketplace listing. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
